Finished reading Shoot the Moon last night. An entertaining read. I love a good mystery and this one actually surprised me. I usually suspect everyone at some point in the story but this time the actual killer never crossed my mind.
I'm on to Prodigal Summer now. I actually started reading this last winter but put it down a few chapters in. I've decided to give it another chance since I've heard excellent things about the author. It's beautifully written, just a little slow and heavily descriptive of things that don't hold a lot of interest for me, such as moth lifecycles and coyote scat. I picked it up and read a couple chapters this morning and can feel myself becoming more involved with the characters. We'll see...
