Saw this simple tub over at Tangled and True today and thought hey... perfect. I gave away my beloved baby tub, a super simple-fit in the sink- store on the inside of the closet door-simple to clean-baby tub a couple years ago... 'cuz I wasn't going to need it ever again.
Well, things have changed and babies do require baths so I've kind of been casually perusing baby tubs as I come across them. It seems like most have so many bells and whistles that I just don't get it or they're too big to be practical. I just want one that fits in my kitchen sink, drains easily and stores compactly.
Anyhoo, I thought this puj tub might just be the ticket... until I saw the price. Hello! $100 for a folding foam tub. So, never going to happen. Umm... I'm all for innovative engineering but no way is that tub in any way worth one-hundred dollars! Is it? Please inform me if I'm missing something. Is it lined with cashmere?
Ah well. I'm a little under the weather today. Forgive my gripe. I guess I'll just have to remember who I gave my baby tub to and be totally shameless in asking for it back!
No shame no gain! Ok...so you gave it to me...and since technically you're closer to it by over a thousand miles, you're welcome to have it back! (I kinda left it at moms...'cause I thought I wouldn't be having another baby before I "returned"...ha...ha ha ha. Plus, the fact that it doesn't have the cashmere lining and all.... :)
