the book is always better...

But the movie was lovely to watch.

The Husband obliged and we watched it together. It was fun to see the characters from the book on screen. I adored most of the casting though the Mr. Darcy in my head looked more like the Mr. Wickham in the movie. Loved the clothing and the houses and the soft way the movie was filmed, all much like I imagined things looking while reading.











I did find the differences from the book rather distracting, probably my own fault since I paused the movie whenever something strayed to describe to The Husband how it really happened. Ah well, fun to watch nonetheless!
