Drove to the gym in a little snowstorm this morning while listening to Christmas songs on the radio... ran into Santa at the mall... did I miss Thanksgiving?
I'm with you there! In order to sell sell sell, we gotta have extra time for Christmas these days. It was barely after Halloween and I was in the doctors office and they had a radio station on that was playing strictly Christmas music! A radio station...not a CD! I guess everyone is on board with this...except me. Too early, and way too commercial.
laurel - it was a weird day for me. i figured that the stores would be decorated early but i totally didn't count on non-stop christmas music on the RADIO and i almost fell over when i saw SANTA at the mall - i had just told cha-cha that santa doesn't come to the mall until after thanksgiving... turned the corner and there he was!
jenalih - snow... too early for snow for me! i wish i took that picture. i have a thing for berries on the bush. alas, it's from microsoft.
Oh it is too early for snow for me too. I hate driving in it, at least my school bus handles well in bad conditions...it just takes forever to warm up. Well, it is a beautiful picture all the same.
goodness gracious... an exclamation of dismay and two lovely words. so apropos to my life with four busy, beautiful children and a sweet, nonchalant husband. this is where i attempt to calm the chaos with a bit of pretty, in my own mind at least. goodness gracious, i try...

It snowed here in Boise too! I love the picture you put up, did you take it yourself?
