i don't plan to leave new england but...

Something about this town is very appealing to me today.

"Prospect is eminently walkable and welcoming: Flowers cascade onto the sidewalks from overflowing gardens, and large front porches create street-level intimacy. The neighborhood includes not only many different types of housing but also offices and retail establishments, which make the community vibrant even on, say, a Tuesday afternoon—a time when most of suburbia is a beige-shaded ghost town."

I would love to walk to the library with the kids and then stop at a bakery to pick up bread for dinner, without the hustle and bustle of the city or the requisite vehicle in the suburbs. The houses look really cute, too. Neo-classic communities... too Disneyworld, Stepford Wives, The Truman Show or great place to live? Can't decide... What do you think?
